This package is the most proactive level of service in the industry. It is appropriate for high-end retail complexes, medical facilities and properties that need to be snow and ice-free 99% of the time. The package is complete coverage for the entire winter season and is focused on having onsite dedicated equipment and operators that begin work prior to any winter event occurring. The overall performance objective is to have clear and wet pavement across the property within 2 hours of snow event ending.

Complete multi-faceted snow plan review prior to season including priority zoning, plowing & shoveling diagrams, snow placement and liquid and granular deicing application strategies.
Dedicated equipment and material storage onsite for rapid response.
Weather alerts and Pre-event Service Plan emailed prior to each event.
Liquid pretreatment of sidewalks and paved services prior to event start.
Site sidewalks clearing starting at 1" of snow accumulation and continuing throughout storm with onsite crew (application of chemical ice melt after each clearing).
City sidewalks will be cleared at the completion of the snow event.
Parking lot surface plowing starts at 1" of snow accumulation and continuing throughout the event with onsite crew (ice-melt applied as needed throughout the event). Priority to high-traffic areas (entrances, exits, aisleways, loading docks and handicap parking) during event.
Pushback of parking spots that were full during service either overnight or the next day depending on site operating hours.
Refreeze ice melt application applied as needed after storm wherever refreeze risk exists.
Access to live site progress information (GPS tracking, start & stop times, before & after photos and service schedules) via web-based client portal.
Daily in-the-field Rover service provided each 24 hour period during winter season with photographs and service reports.
Full indemnification provided by SPG to site ownership and property management company for slip-and-fall incidents.

This package is a standard level of service and is designed to meet site requirements where cost and service play a balanced role. The package is structured most appropriately for properties that have a flexible expectation of scheduled services. The primary performance objective is to have clear wet pavement within 8 hours of a snow event ending or approximately 92% of the entire winter season. Given the aggressive pricing provided by this package design additional charges will apply if service events fall above contracted season standards (based on historical regional averages).

City sidewalks will be cleared within 24 hours of snow event ending.
Parking lot surface plowing starts within 2 hours of snow accumulation ending.
Application of granular de-icer applied to parking lot surfaces after plowing or when precipitation and temperature create icy conditions.
Pushback of all parking spots that were full during service either overnight or the next day depending on site operating hours.
Refreeze ice melt application applied as needed after whenever refreeze risk exists.
Service calls limited to 15 lot plowing/sidewalk clearings and 35 chemical or granular ice-melt applications. Additional per event charges will be assessed once season totals reach service limits above.
